These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deel Digital website and any services provided by Deel Digital.

1. Services

We provide web design, development, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work on new projects
  • Final payment is due upon project completion, before website launch
  • Ongoing services (hosting, maintenance) are billed monthly or annually as agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month

4. Project Timeline

  • Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by late provision of content or feedback may extend the timeline
  • We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the schedule

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback promptly during the review stages
  • Ensure you have rights to use any content you provide
  • Make timely payments as agreed

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final website design and custom code created specifically for your project
  • We retain the right to use third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools under their respective licences
  • We may showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

7. Hosting and Maintenance

  • Hosting services are provided on a month-to-month or annual basis as agreed
  • Maintenance includes regular updates and security patches
  • Content changes may be subject to additional charges depending on your plan

8. Warranties and Limitations

  • We will deliver work to a professional standard and fix any defects reported within 30 days of launch
  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business outcomes
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question

9. Cancellation

  • You may cancel a project at any time, but deposits are non-refundable
  • Work completed up to the point of cancellation remains payable
  • Ongoing services can be cancelled with 30 days' notice

10. Confidentiality

We will treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
